The Reformer class
Debden can't stop
talking about.

Everyone's talking.
Don't be the one who missed it.

Real classes. Real people. Real music. Real energy.

Why
BED Debden?

Music that works harder — and keeps you coming back. Benefits you'll feel long after class.

More beat : more burn

The music sets the pace and pushes you past where you'd stop on your own. Heart rate up, metabolism up, excuses out.

Sculpt : unlocked

Spring resistance works every muscle from the core out — toning, lengthening and building real strength.

Joints : protected

All the intensity, none of the pounding. Low impact means you can go hard and come back tomorrow.

Mood : maxed

Endorphins, a full room and a pumping playlist. You'll leave with energy that lasts all day.

Every level : welcome

No beginner class. No advanced class. Adjust your springs and work at your level — side by side.

What classes do you offer?
We run reformer Pilates as our core class, alongside MAT (our mat Pilates class). Check the live timetable for what's on this week.
Is there a minimum age to join a class?
Yes — 16 years and older for reformer Pilates, and 13 years and older for mat Pilates.

Before your class

Where are you located?
BED Debden is at Fab Lab 3 (Storex Building), 3A Langston Road, Loughton, Essex, IG10 3SD.
Where can I park?
Epping Forest Retail Park offers 3 hours of free parking, just a short walk from the studio.

Comfortable gym clothes and grip socks. Grip socks are a must in every class — they're essential for hygiene and safety on the reformer.

Please arrive 5 minutes before your class start time. Once the doors close, class begins — if you're 5 minutes or more late, you won't be able to join.

Who will be teaching my class?
We have a wide range of instructors, so you're always in experienced hands.
